Kazzum's Strategic Plan 2022-2025

For the past few months, we have been working away behind the scenes to determine what we want the future of Kazzum Arts to look like. It’s been a monumental, but creative task, with many important decisions discussed and reviewed at length with staff, artists, trustees and young people. Throughout, we have been determined to ensure that we are upholding the core values of our charity and centring the wellbeing of young people within our mission. 

We are proud of our strategy 2022-2025 and everything that it represents, from past learnings to future goals. We are already putting these plans into action and seeing the positive effect they are having on the lives of those who engage with our work. We are thrilled to be able to share our plans with you for the first time. 

In this document you can find an updated and refreshed vision and mission that underpins our work. We have also presented the programmes that we will be developing over the next few years and outlined our unique trauma-informed approach in detail, with essential priorities and goals throughout. Everything in this document comes from a deep desire to continue the great work that Kazzum Arts does in collaboration with partners and freelancers to make a difference to the lives of children and young people who have been impacted by adversity.
