
Jack joined the Board in 2006, and took on the role of co-chair in 2008. He works as a barrister based at Crown Office Chambers, London, specializing in cases involving clinical negligence and personal injury. He has a keen interest in the creative arts, and is instrumental in advising the Board on legal issues as they arise, as well as fundraising efforts. He had for a long time before joining the Board been impressed by the work produced by Kazzum, combining the highest professional standards with a deep sense of social responsibility, and since joining the Board has been proud to make his own small contribution to the worthwhile work done by the Kazzum team.

Zena is the Associate/London Regional Director of Beer & Partners the largest most successful source of Business Angel capital in London. Zena's career in the commercial sector includes a successful entrepreneurial track record developing organisations within the media technology and financial services sectors. Zena has consulted for or held management positions with several organisations, including: Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young, The Red Company and Icon Medialab.
Production Manager and Tour Booker, Freelance
A graduate of Rose Bruford School of Speech and Drama, Jo has developed a varied career as a Stage Manager, Production Manager and Project Manager. Working for a variety of theatre companies and organisations, including: Krazy Cat, Shape, Fittings Multi-media Arts, Greenwich and Lewisham Young People's Theatre, The Kings Head and Nottingham Playhouse. Jo also has experience of teaching Stage Management and Production having lectured at Mountview and Rose Bruford School of Speech and Drama. Jo also brings to Kazzum, her extensive experience of working with Deaf and Disabled Artists on small scale tours.

Wendy has held a number of challenging posts in education. This has included being a lead teacher, an advisory teacher for an education action zone, a school improvement consultant and acting deputy. Wendy is currently the Headteacher of Kobi Nazrul Primary School in Tower Hamlets; she has been in post since January 2007 and is committed to raising standards and achievement through a creative curriculum. Kobi Nazrul Primary School recently had an Ofsted inspection [June 2008] in which they were graded as "good with outstanding features".

Becky is a freelance Voice Over Artist and Medical Role-Play specialist. Becky has a long history with Kazzum, having performed in its earliest productions, assisted as a director and working as a workshop facilitator. Finally, Becky further evolved her relationship with the company by becoming a board member over 2 years ago.
