HUNT

HUNT explored the exploitation of young people in extreme violence and war. Written by the award-winning refugee playwright Sladjana Vujovic, it was presented during Refugee Week in 2008 for pupils and students from schools within the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Southwark.

HUNT was a site-specific, promenade style performance that responded to the architecture of the unique and historic Wilton’s Music Hall, the world’s oldest and last surviving music hall. The characterful and beautiful venue provided a sense of the unexpected, evoking an energetic and emotive response from audiences as they joined the journey.

HUNT was developed in collaboration with participants from Kazzum’s 'Pathways' programme which promotes access to creativity for refugee communities across Greater London.
