Waiting Game

Waiting Game was inspired and informed by the experiences of the young refugees and asylum seekers participating in Kazzum’s Pathways programme. It was the final piece in a trilogy of site-specific productions, following The Girl Who... (2012) and HUNT (2008).

The promenade show was presented throughout the historic building of Oxford House and in Weavers Fields, Bethnal Green. The production took an audience of teenagers on an adventure around the building; escaping through windows, moving around local streets and encountering performance in unexpected places.

This project was supported by the City Bridge Trust, Victoria Hall Foundation, Tower Hamlets Arts and Events Fund and our ACE NPO funding.
