Programme Manager (Maternity Cover)

Kazzum Arts are recruiting for a Programme Manager 3 days a week on a 16-month fixed-term, maternity cover contract (£32,605 pro rata, 0.6 FTE). The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing our Regulation programme, which uses the arts to develop relationships, emotional literacy and communication skills of young people excluded from mainstream education.  

Regulation takes place in London Primary special educational needs settings for children with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.  

This is a crucial time for the Regulation programme, as recent funding will see an expansion into new education settings, the development of a learning forum, research and development into our trauma-informed practice and the creation of new resources. 

Kazzum takes a hybrid office model, offering a flexible approach to in-office and remote working. A minimum requirement of in-office days will be agreed upon appointment, in line with responsibilities and activities taking place.
