Youth Power

The Youth Power Group aims to amplify the voices of people from refugee and asylum-seeking backgrounds and create space to share stories through creativity and play. Group members use audio production, as a tool for self-expression, leadership, and social connection. 

Monthly workshops provide a creative space for young people from asylum seeking and refugee backgrounds to discuss shared experiences, participate in arts-based activities and develop audio production skills.

At a time of unprecedented challenge to migrants rights the Youth Power Group form a leadership and advocacy group within Kazzum Arts offering insight from lived experience which will inform the Pathways programme and the wider organisation.
